Sophomore Evan Smith placed 13th overall at State with a time of 17:46 and earned All-State Honors.
Senior teammate Gavin Herd placed 86th out of a field of 168 runners with a time of 19:35.
Coach Gardner was very pleased, calling it a “great end to a great season.”
