Chadwick School is hosting the C.A.R.E Mobile

The Children's Miracle Network C.A.R.E. Mobile program consists of a pediatric clinic on wheels, which offers basic health services for children from birth through age 18 at no cost.  All services on the C.A.R.E. Mobile are provided by a nurse practitioner, working with local physicians who serve as medical directors. The C.A.R.E. Mobile program is a partnership between Children's Miracle Network, CoxHealth and a large family of supporters. 

Services provided on the C.A.R.E. Mobile include:
• · Immunizations
• · Primary Care
• · Treatment of Common Illnesses
• · Sports Physicals

Art Supplies Needed

The Art Class is in need of supplies!  If you have any of these items that you can spare, please send them with your child or bring them on in!  Thanks!

• Yarn or fabric scraps
• Newspapers
• Straws, paper plates, paper cups, plastic cups
• Aluminum Cans (Please rinse them out)
• Tissue paper
• Gift bags you no longer plan to use
• Old posters
• Save your paper grocery bags
• Shoe Boxes
• Empty food boxes- for ex. An empty hamburger helper box
• Empty Oatmeal Canisters
• Scrap pieces of wire
• Brown paper towel rolls
• Old shirts for students to wear as smocks
