Services for Mr. Steve Qualls will be held this Saturday, November 8 at the Ozark Baptist Temple located at 1530 North 18th Street in Ozark, Mo.
Visitation will be from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. with the funeral service immediately following at 11:00 a.m. Graveside services will be at Burnham Cemetery in Willow Springs, Missouri. There will be maps and directions available at the Church Saturday morning.
The school will be providing bus transportation to the funeral service in Ozark only and for grades 5 through 12 only. We will leave the school at 10:15 a.m. An estimated time of return would be between 12:30 and 1:00 unless services last longer than expected. There will not be a lunch stop, so please plan accordingly for you child to be fed before or after.
Permission forms must be signed by a parent or guardian and must include an emergency contact phone number and the student’s birth date. If possible, please return it to the front office by Friday morning, but if not, students must have the completed form in order to board the bus on Saturday.
